A ROAD closure will be in place in West Clare this afternoon (Monday).
From 3pm to 4pm this Monday afternoon, the N68 will be closed to allow for the removal of a truck. The closure will be in place at Crag, Lissycasey.
This is following a collision on the N68 on Monday morning where a Tesco truck overturned in Lissycasey at approximately 10am. No injuries were reported as emergency services attended the scene.
During the road closure, cars coming from Ennis to Kilrush will be diverted down the L2158. Cars from Kilrush to Ennis will be diverted down the L2138.
Motorists are advised to avoid the area if possible.
