PETER KEANE has announced his starting team for Saturday’s Munster senior football semi-final with Tipperary.

Clare’s named side will include several positional switches while defender Ikem Ugwueru remains doubtful to feature for the full seventy minutes in Saturday’s semi-final which takes place in Zimmer Biomet Páirc Cíosóg at 2pm.

There are no changes from the first fifteen which defeated Offaly 2-14 2-9 in the final round of the Allianz National Football League on March 23rd.

Although named at corner back, Cillian Rouine is expected to fill the centre back berth with Ronan Lanigan moving to right corner back.

Similarly, Brian McNamara is named at midfield alongside Ciaran Downes but the Cooraclare man is to be partnered by Emmet McMahon in the middle of the park.

Lanigan’s Éire Óg clubmate Manus Doherty and captain Cillian Brennan complete the full-back line.

As reported by The Clare Echo, Seán McAllister is ruled out with injury while Eoin Cleary has recovered from a rib injury to take his place in the Clare attack alongside Keelan Sexton, Aaron Griffin, Dermot Coughlan and Mark McInerney.
