PART one of The Electoral Chair: Election Debate discussed a myriad of key issues that will influence how the Clare electorate votes on November 29th.

The Electoral Chair’s Election Debate was brought to you in association with OneBill.ie and was recorded at Hotel Woodstock.

Clare has a record long ballot paper of twenty candidates for the 2024 General Election.

Candidates to feature in part one included; Cllr Joe Cooney (FG), Senator Timmy Dooley (FF), Senator Roisin Garvey (GP), Michael Loughrey (IP), Cllr Rita McInerney (FF), Matthew Moroney (IND), Paddy Murphy (IND), Eddie Punch (IND).

Topics discussed included; Shannon Airport, regional development, tourism, immigration, business, Moneypoint, the environment and the Limerick Northern Distributor Road.
