SEADNA MOREY and Ian Galvin start on the Clare senior hurling team in place of Cian Nolan and the injured Aidan McCarthy for Saturdayโ€™s All-Ireland SHC quarter-final.

Injury keeps Conor Cleary out of the Clare squad while Aidan McCarthy misses the quarter-final meaning a new freetaker will be taking responsibility for the placed balls on Saturday in the Gaelic Grounds.

Ian Galvin who hit 0-02 in a brief spell during the Munster Final defeat to Limerick benefits from McCarthyโ€™s injury and the Clonlara man is named at corner forward alongside Shane Oโ€™Donnell and Mark Rodgers.

Morey comes into the team in the full-back line and is expected to hold a role on the edge of the square with Adam Hogan and Rory Hayes also in the full-back line. The half-back line of Diarmuid Ryan, John Conlon and David McInerney is unchanged with Eibhear Quilligan between the posts.

Tony Kelly captains the side from centre forward with Clooney/Quin duo Peter Duggan and Ryan Taylor included in the middle third along with Cathal Malone and David Fitzgerald.

There are changes to Clareโ€™s substitutes, Cleary, McCarthy, Robin Mounsey, Keith Smyth and Aaron Fitzgerald make way in the 26 with David Reidy, Darragh Lohan, Patrick Crotty, Paddy Donnellan and David Conroy included.
