An almighty effort was not sufficient to see Clare end a 24 year wait to be crowned Munster SHC champions.

Following a pulsating 90 minute Shannonside derby, Limerck emerged victorious in Semple Stadium on Sunday giving us plenty of talking points to cover in the latest episode of The Water Break.

Joining The Clare Echo’s Páraic McMahon to look back on the tie were two-time All-Ireland winner, Michael O’Halloran of Sixmilebridge & Clare U20 coach Tomás Kelly who also coached St Joseph’s Tulla to Harty Cup success this year.

On the agenda today:

  • Reflections on a provincial final to savour
  • The match-ups
  • Framed Limerick narratives go national
  • Kinnerk’s inside info
  • Picking up and dusting off from a psychological blow

This and much more discussed!
