Bridge Utd continued their recent run of successful outings when overcoming Ennis Town while Avenue Utd’s chance to leapfrog Newmarket Celtic at the top of the Premier Division came undone due to a waterlogged pitch.

Bridge United kept up their recent winning run with this victory over Ennis Town on Sunday.
The winners took an early lead through but Ennis Town equalised through Robbie Gormley. A draw looked the likely outcome as the sides remained level until the final minute when Bridge United struck for what proved to be the winning score

Sporting Ennistymon continued their recent good form when they accounted for
Shannon Hibs on Sunday.
The visitors took the lead through Gary Leahy. From the penalty spot but Sporting drew level before half time when Darren McNamara hit the target.
Cathal McConigley put the winner into the lead when his free kick found the target after half time but Hibs hit back and they levelled through Billy Connors with fourteen minute to play.
With a share of the spoils looking likely, Sporting struck three minutes from time through Cathal McConigley who hit the target after taking a pass from his brother Sean
Both sides finished with ten men with Jack O’Dea from Sporting and Hibs goalie Damian Casey picking up second yellow cards in separate incidents near the end
