27 new homes are to be constructed in West Clare under the Rebuilding Ireland scheme.

€5,448,590 has been approved by Social Housing Capital Investment Unit of the Department of Housing, Planning and Local Government for the build of 27 new homes at Ballard Rd, Miltown Malbay.

Minister of State for Trade, Employment, Business, EU Digital Single Market & Data Protection Pat Breen maintained the housing units “will provide further social housing in Clare. The green light for these new homes is also a vote of confidence in west Clare and people’s wish to live in this beautiful part of the country”.
